हालाँकि, यह हमारे संज्ञान में आया है कि कई उम्मीदवार जिन्होंने अन्य निजी या गैर-रेलवे प्रतिष्ठानों से एक्ट अप्रेंटिसशिप की है, वे भी उसी श्रेणी के तहत आवेदन कर रहे हैं। इससे वास्तविक रेलवे अप्रेंटिस के साथ अन्याय हो सकता है और मेरिट सूची पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।

इसलिए, मैं आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध करता हूँ कि ऐसे उम्मीदवारों की साख को सख्ती से सत्यापित करें, और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार केवल योग्य रेलवे-प्रशिक्षित एक्ट अप्रेंटिस पर ही विचार किया जाए। चयन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता बनाए रखने के लिए यह कदम आवश्यक है।

Subject: Request for Verification of Act Apprentice Credentials in Group D Recruitment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this to respectfully highlight a serious concern regarding the ongoing recruitment process for Group D posts. As per the notification, only candidates who have completed Act Apprenticeship training in Indian Railways are eligible for preference.

However, it has come to our notice that several candidates who have done Act Apprenticeship from other private or non-railway establishments are also applying under the same category. This may lead to injustice to genuine railway apprentices and affect the merit list adversely.

Hence, I kindly request you to verify the credentials of such candidates strictly, and ensure that only eligible Railway-trained Act Apprentices are considered as per the recruitment rules. This step is necessary to maintain transparency and fairness in the selection process.
